Other things to note

Currently we have a 6 passenger golf cart available to reserve as an add-on for $50/night, now included in your final price as of May 8th 2025.
The pool is available to heat November through April for an additional $25/day. Just let us know and we can collect payment through Airbnb. Keep in mind we have a heat pump and this works best when temperatures are above 50 degrees. It will not turn on if temps are below 50.

NO Trailers, Passenger Vans, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted within the Villas per HOA rules
